Frequently asked questions.
What does the Vintage Mobile Bar Provide?
Vintage Mobile Bar comes fully equipped with all your bar needs, from professional TIPS certified bartenders to bartending supplies, disposable glassware, cocktail straws, napkins, garnishes, general & liquor liability insurance, set-up, breakdown, and more.
What types of drinks can you serve?
We pride ourselves in serving and creating signature specialty cocktails for events and can also serve standard mixed drinks, beer, wine, champagne, mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Why is the cost of alcohol not included in your packages?
In the state of Utah, payment for booze must remain separate from our bar services and be purchased directly by the client. Good News: you'll be purchasing alcohol at retail cost with zero markup. Better News: what's purchased is yours to keep and in some cases return for a refund. Best News: We have no fixed menu's (you choose your booze with taste and budget in mind) and there's no guess work on your part. From start to finish, we make ordering and purchasing a breeze. We'll take the guessing out of the equation by recommending specific quantities for your event.
How much space do you need?
The Vintage Mobile Bar is approximately 5' tall, 4.5' wide and 9' long. It can fit through a standard 6’ ft. set of double doors for indoor events and fit in many freight elevators.
Is power required?
Our bar needs 110 volts of power for the tap equipment. Don't worry, we can bring a quiet generator if there is not reliable power onsite.
Can you help calculate how much alcohol I need for my event?
Once you have secured your event date, we will calculate the correct amount of alcohol needed based on your guest count and hours of your event. We take the time to understand your guest's drinking preferences and use our alcohol calculator to determine the correct amount of alcohol you need so you don't overbuy or under purchase. This way you can also control the cost and buy the specific alcohol brands you prefer.
Why put it on tap?
Because it's more fun on tap. The tap system improves the guest experience by speeding up service, eliminating a tremendous amount of waste and lowering your alcohol cost... not to mention who doesn't think this is the coolest thing, ever.
